Role Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Account & HR Executive to support our finance and human resources operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts:

  • Handle daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL entries.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and payment vouchers.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial audits.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements (SST, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.).

Human Resources:

  • Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Handle payroll administration and HR documentation.
  • Support training and development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, Autocount, or equivalent).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with high integrity and professionalism.
