Client Acquisition and Onboarding

1. Identify and acquire new High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) clients, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic goals.

2. Leverage market insights, networks, and outreach activities to build a strong NTB pipeline.

3. Manage and oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Relationship Management

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for Invikta/Diventium clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.

2. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HNWIs by delivering exceptional service and personalized financial advice.

3. Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving financial goals and provide appropriate products and services.

Market Penetration

1. Develop and execute strategies to effectively penetrate the Bukit Damansara market, building a presence in affluent communities.

2. Collaborate with internal teams to organize targeted events, workshops, and campaigns to attract and retain HNWI clients.

Performance and Revenue Growth

1. Drive sustainable business growth by meeting acquisition targets and contributing to the branch's overall revenue objectives.

2. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for wealth management, investment, and lending products.

3. Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs.

Team Collaboration and Support

1. Work closely with branch colleagues and other departments to address client needs effectively.

2. Share insights and best practices to enhance overall team performance and client service standards.
