About the role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Staff to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial administrative support function, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our growing property management business.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Handling inbound calls and emails, and serving as the first point of contact for clients and vendors
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Supporting the implementation of office procedures and policies
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
