Major Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and experiences: -
1. Project cost tracking and management
· To manage/track project cost vs Budget
· To track & generate monthly project costing report
· To verify Purchase request vs Budget & submit for management approval
· To generate & verify contractor wages & Claim
· Track miscellaneous claim/project expenses throughout the project cycle
2. Project Vendor/supplier Management
· Maintain good relationship with key supplier/vendors
· Maintain supplier contact list and price catalogue
· Negotiate with key supplier for project cost reduction
· Track support warranty
· Supplier credit term negotiation and application
· Delivery lead time tracking, hardware warranty, software licenses and support contract tracking
3. Project Progressive Claim & documentation
· Working with customer project claim department on project claim submission/documentation
· Assist project manager to generate project claim report
· Assist project manager to prepare shop drawing and project documentation
· Assist project manager to prepare project as build document
· Conduct progressive claim meeting with customer to address claim issue raised.
· Tracking project claim certificate issuance and payment status
4. Provide administrative support for tender submission and preparation
5.Other reports & administrative works.
· Office receptionist services, greet and assist visitor
· Response to general calls and enquiries
· Record warranty and support for all project
· Record all suppliers' information include credit term and credit limit
· Record project expenses (Claim by employee)
· Record cabling pricing for every contractor into excel file.
· Maintain project costing file and record actual cost incurred into every project report.
· Provide administrative support to ensure that official operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
· Type correspondence, reports, and other documents
· Maintain office files
· Open and distribute the mail
· Take minutes at project meetings
· Keep all softcopy into authorised repository for all project documents
Qualifications and Skill:
· Preferred candidate with minimum 1 to 3 years' experience as project administrative for construction/ELV/Electrical cabling project
· Candidate with basic AutoCAD drawing skills
· Candidate with good skill in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Word
· Candidate with Project Management skills is an added advantage
· Candidate with good typing skills
· Candidate with experience in project cost tracking.
