Responsibilities:

  • Source and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing, electronics, and automation sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales process—from lead generation and negotiation to deal closure, order follow-up, and after-sales support.
  • Promote company's range of industrial solutions, including switches, cables, IO modules, sensors, and gateways.
  • Work closely with engineering and technical teams to propose suitable system configurations and integration solutions.
  • Prepare customised quotations, proposals, and presentations aligned to client needs.
  • Support existing customers through product training, technical discussions, and upgrade recommendations.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to overall market growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering—preferably Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics.

  • At least 3 years in sales within power, electrical engineering, automation, electromechanics, or related fields.

  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in automation technology.

  • Good interpersonal skills and professional presentation abilities.
  • Outgoing, proactive, and motivated to take on sales challenges.
