About The Job

  • Take full accountability for the operational profit and loss performance in the assigned region, including setting budgets, forecasting outcomes, and delivering on financial targets for revenue, costs, and overall profitability.
  • Formulate and implement operational plans that support the company's broader objectives, focusing on market growth, expansion, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the execution of end-to-end project delivery — from planning, engineering, and obtaining permits, to installation, quality checks, grid connection, and customer follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external suppliers, contractors, and vendors to uphold quality standards and optimize costs.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams to ensure a smooth customer process from contract signing to project completion and activation.

Skills And Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field
  • Has 10 years of working experience with experience in senior leadership position
  • Proven track record in solar / HVAC/ construction sectors
  • Strong financial acumen, with hands-on experience in managing profit and loss statements
  • Demonstrated success in scaling teams and operations within a fast-paced, high-growth business environment
