  • Provide pricing, set up new customer accounts, process orders, and prepare orders for delivery.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up diligently on leads after initial interaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer time-frames.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a personalised approach.
  • To liaise with courier companies for outgoing mails and courier consignments and to dispatch all incoming courier mails / mails effectively and systematically.
  • Update and maintain databases.
  • Attend to walk-in visitors and customers courteously, tactfully and with discretion.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, demonstrating professionalism to every caller.
  • Filter incoming calls and emails to determine the right person to pass to if necessary.
  • To perform other general administrative and clerical support when required and any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Support the Management and other staff.
