Property Operation Executive
Lokasi: Bandar Seri Putra, Bangi, Kajang, Serdang
Gaji: RM2,000–RM3,000 (bergantung kelayakan & pengalaman)
Waktu Kerja: Isnin–Jumaat 9.00am-6.00pm, Sabtu 9.00am-2.00pm
1. Ringkasan Peranan
Anda akan jadi nadi operasi harian pejabat hartanah urus pentadbiran, pemasaran unit untuk sewa & jual, follow-up bayaran, dan support sales, semua dalam satu peranan dinamik.
2. Tanggungjawab Utama
Pentadbiran & Dokumentasi
- Sediakan invoice dan resit bulanan sewaan menggunakan sistem.
- Kemaskini rekod pembayaran dan ledger sewa.
- Pengurusan dokumen
Pengurusan Sewaan
- Iklankan unit untuk disewa di portal hartanah, Facebook, Instagram & Telegram.
- Atur sesi viewing; tapis dan saring bakal penyewa.
- Susun jadual maintenance, cleaning & pre-handover inspection.
- Monitor status vacant unit; maklum pihak management sebarang isu.
Pemasaran Rental & Sales
- Tulis copywriting menarik untuk iklan sewa dan jual.
- Sediakan gambar / virtual tour berkualiti.
- Pantau prestasi kempen (clicks, inquiries) dan optimize menepati KPI.
Laporan & Pematuhan
- Sediakan laporan bulanan operasi & kewangan sewaan.
- Pastikan semua dokumentasi mematuhi SOP dalaman dan peraturan berkuat kuasa.
- Kemaskini rekod dalam CRM atau spreadsheet dengan tepat.
Tugas Am & Sokongan
- Bantu ad-hoc tasks: event coordination, penyediaan presentation slides, market research.
- Kemas kini SOP & guideline operasi apabila ada perubahan.
- Pantau stok alatan pejabat dan buat pesanan semula bila perlu.
3. Kelayakan & Kemahiran
- Diploma / Ijazah dalam Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Pengurusan Pejabat, Hartanah atau setara.
- Umur 21–29 tahun, memiliki kenderaan sendiri.
- Minima 1–2 tahun pengalaman dalam pentadbiran / operasi hartanah (rental & sales).
- Mahir MS Office, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut; pengalaman guna CRM diutamakan.
- Boleh guna media sosial (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram) untuk pemasaran.
- Komunikasi lancar BM & BI.
- Teliti, proaktif, boleh multitask & meet deadline.
- Berdikari, bertanggungjawab, dan boleh patuhi arahan dengan pemantauan minima.
