Job Summary
The Project Administrator supports project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects to ensure smooth execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Maintain records, generate reports, and track progress.
- Coordinate resources and ensure compliance with project objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Support risk identification and quality assurance processes.
- Draft and manage correspondence, including letters and emails.
- Oversee courier services and liaise with service providers.
- Manage front desk duties, including handling calls and greeting visitors.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and maintain office supplies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project administration or coordination.
- Proficiency in project management tools, (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and others).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Malaysian regulations in construction or urban development is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
