Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM or equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff, including scheduling, task prioritisation, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Liaising with committee members and subordinates at all levels to address inquiries, resolve issues and facilitate seamless communication
  • Coordinating event planning, travel and accommodation arrangements, committee meetings and other administrative support as needed
  • Serve as the primary contact for all office and event-related matters
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions to drive efficiency
