Sales Manager Job Scope
Available Work Locations: Sitiawan, Taiping
- Responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that they meet or exceed the dealership's sales targets.
- Accountable for planning, strategizing and overseeing all sales activities of the company and managing the sales team.
- Providing exceptional customer service is crucial in the automotive industry. Ensure that customers receive a positive experience during their visit to the showroom, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that the sales team delivers excellent service.
- Responsible for training and developing the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Strength in problem solving and customer complaints fulfillment, issue resolution, and ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment.
- Maintains a customer-oriented mindset, consistently keeping abreast of the company's external operating environment.
- Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational skills.
Remuneration Package:
- Basic salary + Incentive (total up to RM10,000 – RM15,000 per month)
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions
- Annual leave entitlement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales.
- Strong knowledge of automotive market trends, vehicle financing & insurance
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
- Goal-oriented, customer-focused, and able to perform under pressure
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
