A lifestyle retail destination in Ipoh is looking a dynamic and strategic Business Development & Operations Specialist to lead and optimize the retail operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Oversee daily retail operations, including outlet performance, staffing, merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Identify new business opportunities from partnerships and events to potential retail expansions.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform business and marketing strategies.
  • Manage budgets, sales forecasts, and cost efficiency across departments.
  • Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to achieve performance and service excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations and/or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in business planning, budgeting, and retail analytics.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Ipoh, Perak.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
