About the role

The Business Development, Supply Chain, & Inventory Planning role is a full-time opportunity at Lee Service Provider in Ipoh, Perak. This strategic position is responsible for driving the company's growth and operational efficiency within the Retail & Consumer Products industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimise inventory levels and distribution
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse demand patterns and forecasts, informing procurement and replenishment plans
  3. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's product and service offerings
  4. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favourable terms and ensure reliable, cost-effective supply
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, making data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency
  6. Lead projects to streamline processes and implement process improvements throughout the supply chain

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of 3+ years in a similar planning or supply chain role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decision-making
  3. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills to manage supplier and vendor partnerships
  4. Proficient in the use of ERP systems, data analysis tools, and supply chain management software
  5. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  6. Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
