What's the role?
- The role of the HRBP is to help ensure Sunway Medical Centre business success by implementing our HR initiatives and practices. The incumbent must work closely with assigned stakeholders in consulting and coaching the People Leader in all people-related topics.
What’s your job like?
- Provide strategic HR partnership to assigned function(s)
- Responsible for talent management, workforce planning, and organization effectiveness.
- Identified people development needs and compensation action for functions and provides timely and effective solutions.
- Support teams and peers to align HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
- Lead the workforce engagement and other strategic initiatives as per the Company’s objectives.
- Work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- Champion or participate in selected HR programs/ processes by providing project management, e.g. Graduate Trainee Program, Learning Demand Planning.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years in Human Resources and at least 2-3 years of experience in HR Business Partnering; Organization design/development with digital transformation-related experience or at managerial level.
- HR knowledge of the Malaysia Employment Act and practices is desirable
- Good stakeholder management
- Strong HR operational skills with an eye for detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Special Knowledge: Talent management, Industrial & Employee Relations, Organization Development, Compensation and Benefits
