Our client is a management consulting firm.

about the role

They are currently looking for a Workforce Planning and Development Manager to join their growing team. You responsibilities include but are not limited to:-

  • Manage the staffing project life cycle
  • Understanding supply and demand gaps across the market
  • Act as an advisor on staffing challenges
  • Weekly staffing pipeline, utilisation, project reviews, time variance reporting

    about the manager and team

    You will be reporting directly to the Regional Senior Talent Management Manager, working as a sole contributor.

    skills & experience required

    To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You have strong knowledge of industry regionally. You possess strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills.
