The Role


As a Weekend
BackOffice and Support, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by cultivating relationships with potential and existing clients.


Your primary responsibilities will include:
-
Work hours: You will be only reporting on weekends (Saturday and Sunday): time to be discussed

  • Collaborate with the BD team to develop business strategies aligned with trends & customer needs. Ensure compliance with marketspecific regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate specialist via CRM, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Keep clients updated on the status of their requests, providing clear and concise communication.
  • Verify documents submitted by clients within specific regions on a timely basis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and interpret reports and documentation with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Stay uptodate with the company's business functions and roles by attending company seminars and exceeding the required assessment targets.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly KPI targets set by the CS Manager, demonstrating strong performance.
  • Undertake other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills in English and native language (VN/TH/PH/ID/KH/JP/KR/CH)
  • Strong ability to engage with clients and communicate effectively
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and multitasking
  • Customerfocused and dedicated to providing exceptional service
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration or a related field
  • Selfmotivated and reliable with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations

Added Advantage

  • Previous Work Experience in Forex or Finance Trading Industry
  • Strong Awareness of Market Trends, Emerging Technologies, and New FinTech Products and Business Models
