5 Working days per week & rotation working from home and office
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers on timely manner while following standard operating procedures.
- To comply with company's policies and available procedures/guidelines.
- Strive to achieve key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts and weekend.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
