Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for payroll processing, employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making, recruitment and other HR related administration functions.
  • Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax.
  • To maintain proper employees' personal files including employees' leaves, medical claims, record attendance etc.
  • Check staff's attendance, leave record and manage overall staff personnel files, ensuring all information are properly kept with highest level of confidentiality.
  • Help promoting a positive workplace culture and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Keep up to date with trends and best practices in the HR areas.
  • Handling orders of monthly staff purchase.
  • Take part in different HRrelated activities, projects and initiatives.
  • Assisting of other HR matters as needed / Any adhoc task which is required by the management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience of working experiences in HR or a related field.
  • Detail oriented, reliable, proactive.
  • A team player and possess open mindset.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
