Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at TIME's Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business operations in Malaysia and Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition: Conduct full-life cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Support the onboarding and off-boarding process.
  2. Employee Management: Manage employee relations activities, including employee attendance records, counseling, conducting exit interviews, and tracking employee performance.
  3. Office Administration: Track and record office furniture and supplies. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree with a CGPA of 3.50 or higher.
  2. At least 2 years' experience in the HR field, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Payroll Processing, Employee Relations, and familiarity with the Malaysia Employment Act and Labor Law.
  3. Experience working in a regional or global business setup is preferred.
  4. Excellent communication skills with a strong desire for people development.
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to communicate efficiently with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
