Record Keeping:
Organizing and managing files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access and retrieval of information when needed.

Processing Documents: Handling and processing paperwork, invoices, forms, and other necessary documents.

Customer Service: Assisting customers, clients, or visitors by providing information, answering queries, or directing them to the appropriate person or department.

Supporting Other Departments: Collaborating with different departments or teams within the organization to assist with their administrative needs.

Scheduling: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings or events.
-
Follow-Up: Tracking deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and following up on pending matters.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Retention bonus

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

Experience:

  • Workday: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (required)
