Provide 1st level IT technical support for all incidents triggered by an alert/event from the monitoring systemServe as the first point of contact for IT technical assistance over the phone or email.

Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and by asking pertinent questions related to issue.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in IT service and support operations.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft windows application, O365, Active Directory, hardware and software troubleshooting.

Good communication skills in Mandarin (Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature requirement).
