  • Handle customer inquiries through various channels (company hotline, social media) with helpful information and provide customer inquiries to relevant departments to resolve/improve it.
  • Assist in planning, managing, and optimize company's marketing projects and campaigns on various platforms such as FB, IG, Display Marketing etc.
  • Manage Client feedback and proactively make adjustments to projects when needed.
  • Assit in editing photo and video of product then publish on social media platforms.
  • Assist in organizing company events or campaigns.
  • Devising impactful marketing strategies, analyzing customer's consume behavior with Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably 12 Year of working experience in the related field.
  • Good sense in design, copywriting and video production preferred.
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed.

    Taman Nusa Bestari, Skudai

Working Hour:
8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) / 8.30am-1.00pm (Sat - Alternate)
