Oversee full spectrum of HR inclusive of foreign workers & hostel management.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local regulations.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee relations matters.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Willing to work alternate Saturdays.
