JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of invoices and all related documents and reporting.
- Dealing with customers and relevant parties on verification and other billing matters.
- Ensure the billing instruction is followed and minimised mistakes.
- Ensure the billings are completed and sent to the customer within the agreed timeline.
- Maintain proper filing/record keeping for billing related documents.
- Ensure the accuracy and correctness of billing information generated from the system.
- Ensure the confidential pricing to customers is properly kept and not exposed to irrelevant parties.
- Works directly with other departments and any relevant parties on any queries from customers to ensure queries are reverted within the agreed or reasonable timeline.
- Perform monthend close activities.
- Other invoicing matters assigned by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Experience with SAP software preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization and with internal and external clients.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team in a fastpaced, deadlineoriented environment.
- Selfmotivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary.
