Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Involving in all aspects of HR functions including compensation and benefit, talent management, human resource policies and procedures, staff welfare and disciplinary issues.
- Responsible for monthly payroll and statutory payment processing.
- Maintaining a good relationship and connection with all internal and external stakeholders, auditors, local authorities, vendors and suppliers at all times.
- Responsible for records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations.
- Responsible for daily office administrative matter.
- Responsible for manpower planning and recruitment initiative to meet the manpower planning, ensuring smooth daily operations within the organization.
- Conduct orientations / exit interviews and coordinate for new hires / leavers.
- Coordinate external trainings for staff.
- Assist in reviewing and improving Company policies and employee handbooks which meets legal requirements, best practice and organizational objective.
- Responsible for any ad hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 2 years above experience in HR
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English.
- Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be selfmotivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
