Junior Human Resource Executive

- Conduct new hire orientation, preparation for new hire onboarding, arrange training and company events.
- Coordinating and organizing training/workshops/seminars for the company.
- Participate in assigned HR projects or new initiatives for the longterm success of the organization in creating a highperforming culture.
- Assist in handling employee grievances, motivation, and retention to ensure a conducive working environment.
- Assist team members during the payroll process.
- Prepare HR monthly reports such as manpower planning, movement, headcount, a summary of training, and HRD Corp claimable usage to HR Management.
- Responsible to deal with relevant government and statutory bodies to comply with government rules and regulations.
- Create a good and healthy working relationship with coworkers, subordinates, and management.
- Perform other duties assigned by HR Manager from time to time.
Job requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Administrative Management, Laws or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of Human Resources work experience, and familiar with Recruitment, Training & Development, and Employee engagement.
- Strong communication skills, with a high degree of planning and execution ability.
- Good knowledge in HRD Corp claimable and IR is added advantage.
