Mail Handling:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently

Budget and

Expense Management:
Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenses, and ensure financial accuracy

Financial Processing:
Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Coordinate with accounting departments or external accountants

:

Sales Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and track sales performance

:

Payroll Management:
Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee payments

:

Office Management:
Book meetings, schedule events, and maintain office supplies. Organize travel itineraries and logistics for staff.


Requirements

:

Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role

:

Familiarity with office equipment and procedures

:

Proficiency in office management tools, particularly MS Office

:

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

:

Strong written and oral communication abilities

:

Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.

SPM Cert or Same Qualification; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus.
