- Support reception duties and handle various office services tasks
- Manage the reception area
- Handle general phone inquiries professionally
- Redirect calls to the appropriate personnel
- Provide accurate information in response to inquiries
- Act as a backup to the receptionist
- Take charge of office administration tasks
- Perform various administrative support duties to ensure organizational efficiency
- Oversee procurement tasks including vendor management and office supplies inventory
- Maintain office facilities to ensure optimal functionality
- Organize and file materials following established procedures
- Safeguard electronic files using correct protocols
- Coordinate and manage office equipment and supplies
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Diploma/Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
