Job Overview:The Office Services Administrator will be responsible for managing various day-to-day tasks. This individual should be able to identify and solve common General Services issues with minimal supervision. The role involves assessing and choosing solutions from existing options. The quality of services or information provided directly impacts the team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Support reception duties and handle various office services tasks
  • Manage the reception area
  • Handle general phone inquiries professionally
  • Redirect calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Provide accurate information in response to inquiries
  • Act as a backup to the receptionist
  • Take charge of office administration tasks
  • Perform various administrative support duties to ensure organizational efficiency
  • Oversee procurement tasks including vendor management and office supplies inventory
  • Maintain office facilities to ensure optimal functionality
  • Organize and file materials following established procedures
  • Safeguard electronic files using correct protocols
  • Coordinate and manage office equipment and supplies

Essential Qualifications and Education:
  • Diploma/Degree preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
