Job Descriptions:
- To monitor and manager monthly payroll cycles and provide monthly payroll variances report for analysis.
- To monitor and ensure government related statutory are well complied
- Monitors the implementation of monthly pay and compensation plan for all staff including overall cost and benefits review.
- Responsible to ensure all pay related transaction are within the approved budget allocation.
- Manage responsibilities in relation to companywide rewards philosophy that covers all aspects of Rewards (base salary, SSP Rewards).
- Lead and maintain the development of HR system and the provision of HR data to support HR strategy.
- Responsible to lead, guide and monitor the overall rewards, recognition and benefits administration team and its initiative deliverables.
- Monitor staff movements and update changes to company organizational structures.
- Design and execute strategies to ensure the adoption of best practice and alignment to the rewards philosophy for all companies under the company.
- Ensure reward and benefits strategies and policies and reporting comply with internal procedures for the company and compliance to the employment legislation development, governance, and regulations.
- Provide expert advice to the remuneration processes ensuring the processes are fair and equitable and in line with the reward strategy.
- Monitors job evaluation process to maintain consistency and fairness of job grading.
- Ensure regular benchmarking and market related pay research is undertaken when necessary to enable the company to remain competitive as an employer of choice.
- Define and implement a strategic approach to HR data analytics for HR and the business.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge and keep abreast with business requirement for pay, rewards, and performance related best practices and trend by attending related learning courses and business related conferences, programs or certifications.
- Identify learning gaps, deploy development plans and provide feedback for improvement to subordinates.
- Performs knowledge sharing to others upon returning from related learning programs on best practices and lesson learnt for improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resource Management course.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in F&B INDUSTRY/HOTEL LINE/ HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT/ANY FOOD SERVICES

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with great attention to details and high degree of accuracy.
- Proactive, innovative, and able to challenge the common ways of thinking.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) to influence and engage the different stakeholders, accompanied with cultural sensitivity.
- Comfortable in writing and conducting presentations.
- Proficient with local labor legislations and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
