Job Descriptions:

  • To answer the telephone in a polite manner, carry out tee time bookings, general administration duties and to be the source of information for all members and guests queries.
  • Daily opening and closing of cash flow and credit card transactions of payments.
  • Tournament registration and to computerise tournament scoring.
  • To provide general supports and administration assistance to the Golf Office.
  • Weekly and Monthly Statistical Reports.
  • To ensure the Reception area is presented to a high standard at all times.
  • To sell Forest City's products and promotions to members & guests.
  • Manage evacuation sirens and tournament sirens.
  • Adhoc duties.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Secondary level education with preferably 1 year experience in relevant field,
  • Pleasant deposition with good telephone etiquette, social skills and excellent service mindset,
  • Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holiday,
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills,
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently or as part of team across multicultural environment,
  • Ability to adapt, embraces strong cultural diversity, work in multiethnic teams and commence immediate employment or within short notice will be an advantage.
