Role summary:


The Talent and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Regional Talent Acquisition, C&B Manager (Asia), in driving and executing the company's talent acquisition strategies, compensation and benefits survey data collection, market survey and trend analysis.

Travelling required and may varies, within Asia countries including Melaka, Subang Jaya.

Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to:

A

Talent Acquisition:

  • Responsible to monitor and ensure the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes are in place and adhere by all respective Country Human Resources.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and various recruiting channels.
  • Able to build talent market mapping for key and critical positions in Asia.
  • Build and maintain top notch agencies for niche positions hiring.
  • Responsible to provide guidance on talent acquisitions best practices and ensure smooth collaborations with Country Human Resources.
  • Able to conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in talent acquisition.
  • Be an expert in applicant tracking and sourcing tools like Workday and LinkedIn.
  • Be an expert to provide support and advice to Country Human Resources on different initiatives such as campus recruitment, employer branding, process improvement, inclusive hiring skills training etc.
  • Participate in projects as assigned by superior.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Participate in endtoend market survey submissions for Asia.
  • Ensure compensation data are accurately updated in Workday.
  • Collaborate with Country Human Resources and keep abreast with updates in government regulations, legislation and compensation and benefits trends in Asia. Ensure that compensation and benefits practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
  • Collect and compile data for market benchmarking and analysis for Asia.
  • Support in data preparation and conduct internal analysis for input in compensation strategy to maintain competitiveness.
  • Provide compensation & benefits consultation and support to Country Human Resources.
  • Respond to periodic and adhoc requests including reports. Ensure data integrity at all times.
  • Participate in projects as needed.

Skills & Experience - Essential:

  • Recognized Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable in HR analytics (ie: Headcounts, time to fill and cost per hire metrics, C&B data analysis).
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
**Talent Acquisition:
- *
  • Minimum of 5 years of international recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in campus recruitment preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding principles and strategies as well as passion to discover and implement alternative/new ways to attract talent through the use of technology.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive recruiting landscape and work effectively under pressure.

RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
