Product Manager @ Sales Manager Up to 12k

Responsibilities:

Ø Develop new products

Ø Develop new customers

Ø Develop/ increase market share / product portfolio

Ø Achieve monthly/ yearly target (sales and margin)

Ø Liaise / co-operate/ work closely with principals / suppliers

Ø To build better customer relationship

Ø Handle customer complaint and product failure.

Ø Work closely with sales team to achieve sales target and margin

Ø Monitor payment collection and AR

Ø Monitor the stocks level and IR

Ø Update market info/ situation/ environment daily/ weekly

Requirements:

Ø Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales & marketing (Household and Personal Care industry)

Ø Sales & Marketing or Chemical background experience

Ø Diploma, degree holder in related discipline.

Ø Minimum Bachelor Degree in Science/ Engineering/ Relevant fields.

Ø Strong sales management skills and good in business deal negotiation.

Ø Possess own transport and able travel.

Ø Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin in an added advantages.

Ø Possess knowledges of sales and marketing techniques.

Ø Good communication (written and oral), management and interpersonal skills.

Ø Good personality with positive attitude, willingness to be a team player.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM8, RM12,000.00 per month
