Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the order fulfillment process, from order entry to shipment and delivery, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
  • Work closely with warehouse staff to manage the picking, packing, and shipping processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to shipping and delivery.
Implement and maintain fulfillment procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Utilize the company's order management system to update order status, track shipments, and generate reports on fulfillment metrics.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve fulfillment operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory and fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in related field.
  • Proven experience in a fulfillment, logistics, or operations role.
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
