Job Scopes
Process monthly payrolls for foreign workers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain employees leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employee's attendance / absenteeism.

Manage permit renewals for all foreign workers, ensuring timely processing and maintaining accurate data records.

Handling Foreign Worker accommodation and other assistance as required.

Stay updated on relevant foreign worker regulations and ensure company compliance.

Assist in manpower planning and talent acquisition to support business expansion, focusing on recruitment strategies.

Any other HR related on ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements
At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field is required.

Able to work independently, resourceful and good sense of responsibility.

Honest and disciplined and confidential.

Possess own transport and willing to travel if required.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
