Responsibilities

  • Prepare employee document such as contract, onboarding documents, probationary letter, promotion letter, etc.
  • Records employee annual leave and sick leave
  • Prepare and post job advert
  • Handle recruitment activity
  • Calculate workers' wages and overtime claims
  • Need to bring foreign worker staff to clinic if needed
  • Calculate and issue form for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB Contribution
  • Prepare monthly HR report
  • Handle foreign worker stuff and monthly checking for foreign worker hostel

Requirements:

  • Computer literate
  • Good attention to details
  • Able to communicate in English and Malay
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, selfmotivated and good time management
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Full time position, 9am 6pm,
  • 5 days work (Mon Sat)

Salary:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
