  • Collaborate with various internal teams (such as Customer Service and Product Development) to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor account metrics, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Share your comprehensive weekly sales report to facilitate effective communication and improve performance analysis.

Requirements:

Demonstrated track record of at least 3 years in account management, key account management, or business development roles
:

  • Exceptional proficiency in Business English communication, showcasing a natural flair for effective interaction.
  • Essential skillset includes solutionbased selling, persuasive communication, adept negotiation, deep customer understanding, market research acumen, strong leadership capabilities, effective time management, selfmotivation, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Extensive experience utilizing CRM Software, G-Suite, and Microsoft Suite, ensuring seamless workflow management.
  • Possession of a degree or diploma in Businessrelated studies, underpinning a solid foundation in the field.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic, and competitive environment, showcasing remarkable adaptability.

Salary:

RM4, RM10,000.00 per month
