Technical Manager/key Account Manager

Position Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or higher qualifications in engineering or Science or related qualification such as Project Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in facilities management of commercial buildings or shopping mall including other soft services.
  • Experience in engineering consultancy practice with sound technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering is an added advantage.
  • Possess high sense of responsibilities, integrity, urgency and logical thinking.
  • Independent, resultoriented, possess strong leadership and good problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent PR and communications skills, fast leaner.
  • Other professional competencies such as energy manager and commissioning specialist has an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • To provide guidance and technical solutions on building services.
  • To guide facilities managers, engineers and technologists to troubleshoot problems at sites.
  • To audit building services and provide report on findings.
  • To be able to manage renovation project and to coordinate with contractors, organize, control timeline and processes.
  • To provide supports on ESG to clients.
  • To ensure the overall safety and wellbeing of built environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM6, RM7,500.00 per month
