Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, performance management, compensation and benefits, training & development, work compliance, employee communications and etc.
  • Determine appropriate compensation and pay grades for various positions; research, design, update and administer compensation and benefits plan.
  • Provide advice to Management and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company's HR rules and policies.
  • Leads company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal and government reporting requirements.
  • Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies eg: Ministry of Foreign Labor
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Requirement:

  • Experience in large manufacturing plant (at least 400 headcount and above)
  • Good communication skills and coordination ability.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin (MUST), Malay.
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • At least 35 years related working experience

Salary:
RM5, RM10,000.00 per month
