Sales Account Management experience

Chinese Speaker
Penetrate new market segments in the hunt for prospective customers.

Develop strategic sales plan and sales forecast.

Execute sales activities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Solution Development

Lead and follow through with all activities responding to requests for proposals
(RFP), request for information (RFI) and request for quotations (RFQ). Coordinate
with internal teams to compile needed information and submit completed requests
to prospective customers.

Work closely with pre-sales engineering team in developing solution portfolios that
meet customers' needs.

Work closely with customers to ensure that their needs are covered in the
proposed solutions.
Customer Engagement

To plan and organize effective sales and marketing strategies including targeted
customer communication and events.

Develop strong and excellent relationship with industry partners, represent Bridge
Data Centres in industry events.

Able to generate demand and develop new accounts from new prospects and
existing customers.

Build strong relationships with existing potential customers and ensure ongoing
success and sustainability of accounts.

Continuously obtain feedback from customers on performance of services
provided.

Understand deeply customers' business requirements, needs and challenges to
meet their short
- and long-term business expectations.
D. Reporting

Identify and develop pipeline of sales prospects. Assist to qualify sales
opportunities and drive in closing the deals.

Regularly update sales activities and pipeline in reporting structure provided.

Continuously engage with superiors on sales activities such as pre-planning,
business meetings, sales meetings, follow up activities, closure of deals and
everything in between.

Requirement

  • Cando attitude. Brings enthusiasm to customer experience. Develop and
understanding of customers' business and solution requirements and desires to help
them solve business problems and challenges.

  • Able to drive revenue & growth to the organization
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, partnership and influencing capabilities. Including
consultative strategic selling experience.

  • Excellent Sales and business development experience in IT, data centre and/ or
corporate real estate

  • Experience in marketing and communications is a plus.
  • Understand the data centre and cloud business is an added advantage.
  • University level education is a must. Masters in Business or relevant field will be an
added advantage.
