We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our diverse hotel portfolio by providing comprehensive sales, operational, and marketing support.


Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales in developing and implementing strategic sales & marketing initiatives across all properties.
  • Conduct indepth competitor research and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends and guest preferences.
  • Assist with crafting compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for potential clients.
  • Analyse website and social media analytics to identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and guest engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales agreements, contracts, and quotations.
  • Develop and manage efficient tracking systems to ensure all booked business is accounted for.

Operations:

  • Liaise with hotel operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and seamless guest experiences across all properties.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the corporate office and property teams.
  • Analyse hotel performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing event orders to relevant departments across properties.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of hotel facilities, features, and services at each location.

Guest Service:

  • Foster positive guest relationships by handling enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively to resolve guest concerns and ensure timely followup.
  • Participate in hotel inspections to ensure adherence to brand standards across the portfolio.

Administration:

  • Manage and maintain efficient filing systems, both electronic and paperbased.
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate costeffective agreements with vendors.
  • Support the implementation of company culture and values across the organisation
  • Attend and actively participate in all required training sessions and meetings.
  • Maintain professional relationships with industry partners, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a multiproperty environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and/or operations.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media marketing tools, and hospitalityspecific software (e.g., ESOFT/ABS/Opera a plus).
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanour, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
