Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for HR database & leave system administration updates, coordinate with other departments for data updates for payroll processing.
  • Assist yearly performance appraisal exercise.
  • Assist employees relations issues.
  • Prepare employment contracts, renewal contracts.
  • Attend to queries and provide accurate information.
  • Undertake adhoc assignment or duties.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/ Diploma holder in Human Resource Management with at least 3 years relevant HR experience, with proven track record of high integrity and handling confidential personnel information.
  • Meticulous, eye for details, resourceful, ability to work independently, selfmotivated and well organized.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment and have a pleasant disposition.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Word, Excel and payroll system.
