HR Assistant

We seek a highly skilled HR Assistant to support our HR Manager in formulating policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee concerns professionally. Key responsibilities include:

  • Employee Management
    • Track employee attendance and leaves
    • Assist with payroll processing and documentation
    • Renew permits, insurance, and FOMEMA for foreign workers
  • Recruitment and Selection
    • Manage recruitment processes, including resume screening and scheduling interviews
    • Conduct background checks and maintain accurate records
  • HR Operations
    • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
    • Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
  • Compliance and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
    • Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
    • Ensure a safe and caring work environment


    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
    At least one year of experience in HR or a related field
    Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Strong organizational and time management skills
    Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
    Ability to start immediately
