Working Hours:
Every week will have 1 off day, working hours following outlet/roadshow operation hours. Replacement leave will be given if working the whole week without an off day.
Job Descriptions:
In 2024, there will be 2-3 roadshows per month.
Sometimes will need to travel outstation or locally to provide roadshow on-site support (additional allowance, accommodation & toll can be claimed from the company but will have a limited budget).
If there are no roadshows, will support in the appointed outlet to push more sales on the product.KPI:
Product spiff incentives depending on every roadshow + outlet sellout.
Help to decorate all the display corners & POP materials accordingly. Benchmark & differentiate every competitor's information in the market.
In 2024, we started short reels production on product introduction.
Previously, we also had our own You Tube channel that posted a lot of product guide videos for customer reference.
KPI:
At least 2 long/short videos & 2 short reels per month.
