Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR / Admin Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide essential support to our HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the organization.


Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records, including updating personal information, processing leaves, and managing documentation.
Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
Handle administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Support HR-related projects, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and HR policy implementation.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in timekeeping and attendance records.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team and other departments as needed.

Qualifications:
Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Knowledge of HR principles and practices is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
