We seek a Recruitment Specialist to lead our resourcing efforts, overseeing shortlisting, interviews, and talent acquisition. Key responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in recruitment or HR a plus. They must be energetic, proactive, and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines is also essential. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills. We welcome candidates with a background in in-house mass hiring, but it is not a requirement. The successful candidate will work closely with business partners, advising on market conditions and negotiating expectations to close open positions. They will also lead and guide team members to ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and customer service standards. The ideal candidate holds a SPM or higher education and is able to work in a fast-paced environment, occasionally requiring extended hours. • Shortlisting profiles and arranging interviews
• Conducting telephonic or personal interviews and sharing reports with business units
• Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to meet recruitment needs
• Obtaining references and carrying out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate
• Adhering to organizational policies and procedures, accurately recording all resourcing activities on the HR information system
• Working closely with business partners to meet recruitment needs
• Advising business partners on market conditions and negotiating realistic expectations to close open positions
• Leading and guiding team members to ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and customer service standards
• Completing day-to-day tasks within normal work hours, with occasional extended hours as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Energetic, proactive, and adaptable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required
