Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy.
Managing staff relations by addressing needs, grievances, or other matters.
Overseeing the recruitment and selection process.
Supporting current and future business requirements by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human talent.
Creating and overseeing HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures throughout the organization.
Supervising a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance.
Providing management with decision support using HR metrics.
Ensuring legal compliance in all HR activities.
Managing compensation and benefits programs.
Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2, RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
- Weekend roles
Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
Experience:- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
- Payroll: 3 years (preferred)
- Recruiting: 3 years (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Teluk Intan (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Teluk Intan: Relocate before starting work (required)
