We are representing one of our clients which is an engineering trading company that specializes in the supply of various products and solutions including valves, treatment systems, and wastewater treatment systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Process all orders with accuracy and timeliness - Sales Order, Proforma Invoice, Job Order, Stock Transfer, Delivery Order, and Invoices.
  2. Coordinate, prepare and process sales order activities and delivery schedule, ensuring all sales orders are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
  3. Liaise with other departments (workshop / logistic), arrange deliveries in a timely manner by ensuring customer expectations are met.
  4. Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  5. Coordinate various projects to ensure seamless execution and timely completion.
  6. Supervise project procurement process and inform clients on unforeseen delays or problems.
  7. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
  8. Assist sales executives with tender and proposals material.
  9. Serve as a key intermediary between customers and the sales team, effectively relaying information and requirements.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 2 years of working experience as Sales Admin/ Sales Support.
  2. Skilled in multi-tasking and flexible to adapt to changes.
  3. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  4. Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (Due to business nature).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
