Your responsibilities include:

  • Achieving Sales Targets: Manage and lead the sales team to achieve and surpass growth objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement a comprehensive business plan to expand the company's customer base and strengthen our market presence.
  • Team Management: Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Market Insights: Identify emerging market trends and stay informed about new products and competitor activities.
  • Business Planning: Develop sales plans covering revenue goals and expense management.
  • Goal Setting & Tracking: Set individual and team sales targets, track progress, and report results.
  • Team Performance: Oversee activities, performance, and ongoing training of the sales team.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to generate and nurture leads.
  • Team Development: Motivate, counsel, and educate the sales team on products and industry trends.
  • Brand Promotion: Actively promote the organization and its products in the market.
  • Customer Understanding: Deepen knowledge of our ideal customers and their relationship with our offerings.
  • Miscellaneous Duties: Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
  • Must possess proficiency in both Chinese and English languages.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong strategic planning, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competition effectively.
