- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring continuous growth and success in existing partnerships within the PSC Group of Companies.
- Maximize revenue from existing partners while ensuring that partner products and services remain relevant to the business needs and community development goals.
- Promote partner products and engage with beneficiaries to drive adoption, ensuring that partners' services meet the needs of communities.
- Work closely with project and communications teams to ensure smooth implementation and continuous updates of partner products and services.
- Collect, analyze, and report on data to assess partnership performance, inform decision-making, and guide improvements.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and new partnership opportunities in community development, fintech, and related sectors.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related area is preferred.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with minimal supervision while consistently meeting deadlines and targets.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
- Goal-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Access to personal transport and a laptop is required for travel and remote work flexibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools for creating presentations and marketing materials.
- Fluent in English, with additional language proficiency considered a valuable asset.
