Key Account and Partnership Executive

This Business Growth and Partnerships Specialist role is ideal for someone passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. As a Key Account and Partnership Executive, you will be responsible for promoting partner products and services to benefit communities while staying up-to-date with trends.
Responsibilities- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring continuous growth and success in existing partnerships.
- Maximize revenue from existing partners by ensuring their products and services remain relevant to business needs and community development goals.
- Promote partner products and engage with beneficiaries to drive adoption.
- Collaborate with project and communications teams to ensure smooth implementation and continuous updates of partner products and services.
- Analyze data to assess partnership performance and inform decision-making.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related area is preferred.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
- Goal-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Access to personal transport and a laptop is required for travel and remote work flexibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools for creating presentations and marketing materials.
- Fluent in English, with additional language proficiency considered a valuable asset.
